Newborn Home Visits

• Are offered as our way of saying "Welcome Home" to your new little one!
• Are available to first time Moms, teen Moms and others who request a visit.
• Help bridge the transition from hospital to home.

A Help Me Grow nurse will visit you and your baby to

• Answer any questions you may have about your new baby
• Check the baby's health, growth, feeding and sleeping
• Answer questions and check on mother's health and recovery
• Offer information about child development and family issues
• Help mother connect to community services and supports
• Help mother and baby get off to a great start together
• Bring coupons and gifts from local organizations
