KidLink provides information and initial intake for services and issues related to young children and their families.

• Provides Information on child and family issues.
• Helps Families with their concerns and needs.
• Connects Families with resources and services, including health, education, child care, and other services.
• Connects Families with Help Me Grow programs:
  • Help Me Grow brings child development services, family support & advocacy, mentoring, and service coordination to families of children up to age 3. Help Me Grow also includes specialized services as needed.
  • Early Intervention Services - evaluation, developmental, and therapeutic resources for infants and toddlers who may experience developmental delays.
  • Newborn Home Visiting Service - health check for babies and new moms by a nurse and connection to community resources.
